LAKE ELSINORE, CA — A house fire in Lake Elsinore Monday morning displaced a family but no injuries were reported. Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department crews were called to the blaze at the single-story home on Kenwood Court just after 7 a.m., according to the agency. Due to dangerous fire conditions, a second-alarm response was requested. Kenwood Court overlooks open space and the Ortega Highway to the west. Lake Elsinore was also under a high wind warning Monday morning that is expected to remain in place through 4 p.
